COMPANY APARTMENTS

We give employees and their families the opportunity to use holiday apartments throughout Poland.

INTEGRATION TRIPS

Joint – domestic and foreign – integration trips. We have already been, among others, in: Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Spain and Italy, and there are still many places to discover.

EMPLOYEE PENSION PROGRAM (EPP)

The DTA Group is among a small group of companies that have guaranteed their employees the EPP. Each month, DTA contributes an additional 3.5% of salary to employees’ old-age pensions.

GROUP INSURANCE

Employees can receive group insurance at TU ERGO HESTIA.

PRIVATE MEDICAL CARE

We offer access to full, private medical care at TU Zdrowie. There are over 3,500 branches throughout Poland. Importantly, employees can also include family members in their packages on preferential terms.

MULTISPORT CARD

We subsidize multisport cards, thanks to which our employees and their loved ones can take care of their health and choose activities that are convenient for them.

TRAININGS

We provide employees with access to specialized internal training as well as various language courses.

CSR ACTIVITIES - WE ACT TOGETHER FOR THOSE IN NEED

We organize aid, conduct sporting events related to charity activities, support people fighting diseases, collect food for animals, and prepare Christmas parcels for those in need. We always encourage our employees to participate in all campaigns and we willingly support their individual initiatives.
