For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data is processed for the Administrator’s marketing purposes, including sending legal and commercial information (newsletter).

Personal data will be processed on the basis of a service contract (i.e. Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) .

The data will be transferred only to entities providing IT support services to us, and such entities process data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. Apart from the entities mentioned above, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so under the law.

Data storage period

Your personal data in the form of an e-mail address will be used by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until any claims expire.

What rights do you have in connection with our data processing?

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion, transfer and limitation of their processing.
