MARKETING CONSENTS - INFORMATION OBLIGATION

The administrator of your data is DTA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Karmelkowa 29 in Wrocław. At the same time, we would like to inform you that. The Administrator has designated a person who can be contacted in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to the processing of personal data at the postal address of the Administrator’s registered office or electronically via the e-mail address: rodo@dta.com.pl.  Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive marketing content. The data you provide may be processed for the purpose of: sending marketing content.

 

Your personal data will be stored for the period of provision of the service to you by the Administrator, as well as for the period of consideration of any complaint and until the limitation period for any claims expires or the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires.

 

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1a Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 – consent.

Your data will not be made available to entities outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to any international organizations. They are also not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

 

The personal data you provide will be shared with:

○ DTA Investment Sp. z o. o. Sp. k.

○ Freshmail Sp. z o. o. providing IT services in order to perform the ordered service.

 

You have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator at any time access to processed personal data,
  • rectification of personal data or restriction of processing of this data,
  • requests to transfer personal data to another Administrator,
  • objection to the processing of your personal data,
  • request the immediate deletion of your personal data from the files kept by the Administrator,
  • submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in the event of personal data being processed in a manner that violates the provisions of generally applicable law.
  • The Administrator makes every effort to provide all physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with applicable regulations.
