- a) if you use our contact form on the website, your data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is to answer your question and conduct correspondence,
- b) if you have subscribed to our newsletter, your data is processed based on your consent to sending commercial and marketing information to the indicated e-mail address (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
- c) in the case of e-mail correspondence, your data is processed for the purpose of communicating with you, including answering questions asked to us, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Processing Time
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your data is processed until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, i.e. until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Rights of Persons Whose Data Is Processed
Each person whose data is processed by us has the following rights:
- the right to access personal data,
- the right to rectify personal data,
- the right to delete personal data,
- the right to limit processing,
and also, in the case of our data processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator:
- the right to object for reasons related to your particular situation, unless we demonstrate the existence of important, legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
Moreover, if we process your data based on your consent or in order to perform a contract concluded with us, you have the right to transfer your data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Polish: PUODO).
Requirements to Provide Personal Data
Providing data when submitting an inquiry via the contact form or conducting e-mail correspondence is necessary in order to provide you with answers to your questions and general communication.
Providing data to receive the newsletter is voluntary.
Other Information Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
Your data may be disclosed to entities that provide IT services to us (including website hosting) and other DTA Group companies if the inquiry sent concerns the services they provide.
If you have expressed your willingness to receive the newsletter, your data may be transferred to Freshmail Sp. z o. o. providing IT services in order to perform the ordered service.
Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling referred to in Art. 22 section 1 and 4 GDPR.
